This form is for recording any sport-related injury or incident that occurs during handball training, matches, warm-ups, or cool-downs. Submitting the form helps protect athlete wellbeing, supports injury prevention, and contributes to national injury surveillance in Irish handball.
Please complete the form as soon as possible after an incident. It only takes a few minutes — and every submission helps build a safer sport.
