New Coach Developer Graduates for OHI

On March 5th, Eugene McKenna, Andrius Gerve, and Rafal Jankiewicz graduated from the Sport Ireland Coach Developer programme at the University of Limerick.

They are the first representatives from Olympic Handball Ireland to earn the QQI Level 7 Certificate in Sport Coach Development. This is a big step for us because it ensures:

• Higher coaching standards across all our regional and national clubs.

• A clear mentoring pathway for the next generation of handball leaders.

• Expert support to help our current coaching network grow.

This is all about raising the standard of handball across the country. Having our own experts means we can offer better support to our clubs and help every player reach their full potential.
