Core Purpose: To grow participation and visibility of handball through schools, clubs, and community programmes while providing event, competition, and membership support to Olympic Handball Ireland (OHI).

This is a voluntary, unpaid Board-level position. It’s non-executive, meaning it’s a governance and oversight role rather than day-to-day operations.
Roughly 6–8 hours per month time commitment, plus 8–10 board meetings per year and some committee/event involvement (~4 extra meetings annually).
Meetings are mostly online via Zoom/Teams, with occasional in-person meetings in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.
