Olympic Handball Ireland (OHI), the National Governing Body for the sport of Olympic Handball in Ireland, is thrilled to announce that it is recruiting for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation into its next exciting chapter.

Handball in Ireland has seen significant growth in recent years, with participation thriving at both school and club levels. With over 5,000 active players and increasing visibility, OHI is now poised to appoint a dynamic and visionary CEO to accelerate the development of the sport and strengthen its national and international standing.

The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, oversee a small but passionate team, and manage strategic priorities across operations, commercial growth, stakeholder engagement, governance, and communications. Based at Sports HQ 1, National Sports Campus in Dublin 15, this part-time position (24.5 hours/week) offers the opportunity to make a transformative impact on a growing sport.
